SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 124

AMEND House Bill No. 124, as amended, by inserting after line 79 and before line 80, the following:

“(8) Attending dog day care facilities.”

“(9) Attending dog boarding facilities.”

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment adds dog day care and boarding facilities to the list of activities a dog may be engaged in that does not constitute a violation of this Act.
