SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 113

AMEND Senate Bill No. 113 by inserting in the enactment clause after “DELAWARE” and before the colon the following:

“(Three-fourths of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein)”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment adds a 3/4 voting requirement which is required by the constitution.
