AMEND House Bill No. 375 by inserting the following after line 40 and before line 41:

" j. The Chief Diversity Officer of the Division of Human Resources. ".

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment adds the Chief Diversity Officer of the Division of Human Resources as an ex-officio member of the Racial Equity Consortium.
