HOUSE BILL NO. 451

AMEND House Bill No. 451 on line 19 by inserting after the word “BB” the following: “ or paintball gun, or ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment ensures a person who has control of a paintball gun will not be found guilty of unlawfully dealing with a dangerous weapon.
