AMEND House Bill No. 490 on line 57 by deleting " § 4169(c) ” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “ § 4205 ”. 

SYNOPSIS

This amendment makes a technical correction by referring to the correct section of title 21 relating to violations of Chapter 41 of Chapter 21.
