HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 41

AMEND House Bill No. 41 on line 78 by inserting between “ Exclusions. ” and “ Nothing ” the following: “ (a) ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 41 by inserting after line 84 and before line 85 the following:

“ (b) Nothing in this Act applies to a motor vehicle manufacturer, manufacturer of motor vehicle equipment, or motor vehicle dealer acting in that capacity, or to any product or service of a motor vehicle manufacturer, manufacturer of motor vehicle equipment, or motor vehicle dealer acting in that capacity.”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment inserts language excluding motor vehicle manufacturers, manufacturers of motor vehicle equipment, and motor vehicle dealers from the bill.
