SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 35

AMEND Senate Bill No. 35 on line 153 through 154 by deleting “ and/or bona fide legal citizens of the State ” therein.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 35 on line 186 by deleting “ and/or bona fide legal citizens of the State ” therein.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment removes language permitting a community workforce agreement to include a bona fide legal citizen of the State workforce requirement.
