SENATE BILL NO. 35
AMEND Senate Bill No. 35 on line 144 through 145 by deleting “ There will be two different approaches: 1) Community Workforce projects and 2) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). ” and inserting in lieu thereof “ Each Community Workforce project must include at least 1 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) as a contractor or subcontractor. ”.
SYNOPSIS
This Amendment makes clear that every Community Workforce project must include at least 1 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise as a contractor or subcontractor.
