SENATE BILL NO. 37
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE STATE DOG.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Amend § 327, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows:
§ 327. State Dog.
This Act designates rescue dogs as the official state dog.
