AMEND House Bill No. 2 on line 144 by deleting the word “ retail ” as it appears therein.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 2 by deleting lines 272 and 273 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“ h. 1 member of the House of Representatives, appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

i. 1 member of the Senate, appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate. ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 2 on line 382 by deleting “ the appointments of, or the conduct of business in, ” and inserting in lieu thereof “ the conduct of business in ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 2 on line 407 by deleting “ nominal ” as it appears therein.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 2 on line 538 by deleting “ normal adults ” and inserting in lieu thereof “ an adult ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 2 by inserting after line 639 and before line 640 the following:

“ (n) Marijuana or marijuana products may not be consumed on the premises of a retail marijuana store. ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 2 by inserting after line 658 and before line 659 the following:

“ (e) Marijuana or marijuana products may not be consumed on the premises of a marijuana testing facility. ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 2 on line 703 by deleting “ § 1334(b)(1) ” and inserting in lieu thereof “ § 1334(b) ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 2 on line 912 by deleting “ appears to be ” and inserting in lieu thereof “ is ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 2 on line 947 by striking “ A prior conviction " and inserting in lieu thereof “ Except as set forth in subsection (b) of this section, a prior conviction ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 2 by deleting lines 1000 and 1001 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“ (1) Violate any provision of this chapter, any regulation of the Commissioner, or any applicable regulation of the Department of Health and Social Services. ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 2 on line 1075 and line 1078 by inserting “ reasonable ” before “ costs ” as it appears on each line.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 2 on line 1077 by inserting “ fair market ” before “ value ” as it appears therein.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 2 on line 1109 by deleting “ of a licensee ” as it appears therein.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 2 by deleting lines 1122 through 1125 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“ § 1374. Change in officers or directors.

A person elected as an officer or director of a licensee must notify the Commissioner within 7 days of the election and provide all information requested by the Commissioner. ”.
