HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 85

AMEND House Bill No. 85 by deleting lines 16 and 17 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:   

“ (d) The Department shall reserve sufficient special license plates including the phrase “retired state legislator” with the prefix “RSL” and numbered consecutively beginning with the numeral “1” as are necessary to implement this section. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment clarifies that the licenses plates include the phrase “retired state legislator” with a prefix “RSL”.
