HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

HOUSE BILL NO. 104

AMEND House Bill No. 104 on lines 18 and 19 by deleting “ or otherwise, or where an applicant voluntarily requests to participate under subsection (b) of this section. ” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “ or by ordinance. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment deletes the phrase “or otherwise” and replaces it with “or by ordinance” and deletes the phrase “or where an applicant voluntarily requests to participate under subsection (b) of this section” since it is duplicative of what is contained in subsection (b) of this section.
