HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 10

AMEND House Resolution No. 10 on line 62 by deleting the phrase “a Member or” as it appears therein.

FURTHER AMEND House Resolution No. 10 by deleting lines 155 through 156 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“(b) Each member shall answer each roll call from the member’s assigned seat in the Chamber.”.

FURTHER AMEND House Resolution No. 10 on line 818 by deleting the phrase “A MEMBER OR” as it appears therein.

FURTHER AMEND House Resolution No. 10 on line 822 by deleting the phrase “member or” as it appears therein.

FURTHER AMEND House Resolution No. 10 by deleting lines 823 through 824 in their entirety.

FURTHER AMEND House Resolution No. 10 on line 825 by deleting the phrase “participate remotely or to” as it appears therein.

FURTHER AMEND House Resolution No. 10 on line 827 by deleting the phrase “to participate remotely or” as it appears therein.

FURTHER AMEND House Resolution No. 10 on lines 829, 831 and 834 by deleting the phrase “member or” as it appears therein.

FURTHER AMEND House Resolution No. 10 on lines 834 and line 835 by deleting the phrase “and the actions of a member participating remotely are authenticated,” as it appears therein.

FURTHER AMEND House Resolution No. 10 line 837 by deleting the phrase “member or” as it appears therein.

FURTHER AMEND House Resolution No. 10 by deleting lines 838 through 841 in their entirety.

FURTHER AMEND House Resolution No. 10 on lines 842, 844, 845, 846, 847, and 848 by deleting the phrase “member or”.

FURTHER AMEND House Resolution No. 10 on line 851 by deleting the phrase “members or”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment clarifies that the right to remote participation will only be extended to witnesses.
