HOUSE BILL NO. 107

AMEND House Bill No. 107 on line 63 by deleting the phrase “ stormwater and wastewater treatment facilities ”

as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “ stormwater, or wastewater treatment facilities or projects ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment makes a technical correction to the bill.
