SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 30

Amend Senate Bill No. 30 by inserting at the end of line 26 the following:

“ This exemption does not apply in the coastal zone, as defined in § 7002(i) of Title 7. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment makes clear that the exemption does not apply in the coastal zone, as defined in § 7002(i), Title 7 of the Coastal Zone Act.
