HOUSE BILL NO. 118
AMEND House Bill No. 118 on line 27 by deleting the phrase “ (b) A ” and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
“ (b) State and local police are empowered to enforce this section of the Code, but a ”.
SYNOPSIS
This amendment clarifies that State and Local Police have the power to enforce this section of the Code.
