HOUSE SUBSTITUTE NO. 1

FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 60

AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 60 by deleting lines 141 and 142 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“Section 5. This Act takes effect 60 days after its enactment and applies to all policies, contracts, or certificates issued, renewed, modified, altered, amended, or reissued after December 31, 2024.”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment changes the application date to December 31, 2024.
