HOUSE BILL NO. 132

AMEND House Bill No. 132 by deleting Section 4 in its entirety.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment removes Section 4 from House Bill No. 132. As a result, no changes to § 3338 of Title 12 of the Delaware Code (relating to nonjudicial settlement agreements) would be made by House Bill No. 132, as amended.
