HOUSE BILL NO. 186

AMEND House Bill No. 186 on line 19 by deleting the phrase “ or 773 ” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “ 773, 776, or 778 ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment ensures that violations of 11 Del. C. § 776 and § 778 are offenses for which placement on the sex offender registry is mandatory.
