SENATE BILL NO. 98
AMEND Senate Bill No. 98 by deleting lines 31 and 32 in their entirety and inserting the following in lieu thereof:
"b. Nurse practitioners, certified nurse midwives, clinical nurse specialists, Licensed Psychologists, Licensed Professional Counselors of Mental Health, Masters of Psychology , Licensed ".
SYNOPSIS
This Amendment makes changes to the definition of new primary care and dental provider.
