HOUSE BILL NO. 209
AMEND House Bill No 209 by deleting line 25 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
“Section 3. This Act shall be effective for contracts entered into, renewed, or extended on or after August 1 following its enactment into law.”.
SYNOPSIS
To avoid interfering with existing contracts, this amendment changes the effective date to be effective for contracts entered into, renewed, or extended on or after August 1 following its enactment into law.
