SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 91

Amend House Bill No. 91, as amended by House Amendment No. 1, by deleting line 9, as amended, and substituting in lieu thereof the following:

“ power lines; and related infrastructure (other than a drop line servicing a single family residence). ”.

Further amend House Bill No. 91, as amended by House Amendment No. 1, by deleting line 16, as amended, and substituting in lieu thereof the following:

“ (4) Wireline or wireless telecommunications or internet infrastructure; fiber optic and cable lines and wires (other than a drop line or wire servicing a single family residence); ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment excludes from the definition of “critical utility infrastructure” an electric power drop line that services a single family residence and telecommunication or internet infrastructure drop lines and wires that service a single family residence.
