SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 250

Amend House Bill No. 250 by deleting line 25 and substituting in lieu thereof the following:

“ administering this section shall be applied pursuant to subsection (e) of this section. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment makes a technical correction.
