AMEND Senate Bill No. 221 on line 34 by deleting " State " after " of " and before " must " therein and inserting in lieu thereof " Safety and Homeland Security ".
SYNOPSIS
This amendment changes the agency responsible for providing flags from the Department of State to the Department of Safety and Homeland Security.
