AMEND House Amendment No. 4 to Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 2 by inserting on line 8 after the word “ General ” and before the “ ; ” the following: “ if otherwise qualified under this subsection ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment to the amendment clarifies that the Attorney General and Deputy Attorneys General are exempt from the permitting process if otherwise qualified under the subsection.
