SENATE SUBSTITUTE NO. 1

SENATE BILL NO. 2

AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 2 on line 103 by inserting " Included in such notice shall be full and complete information explaining in plain language the person’s due process rights including those set forth in subsection (l) of this section. " after the period therein.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment makes clear a person's due process rights as it relates to their ability to retain their permit. Similar requirements exist for virtually all regulatory notices issued by the executive branch to regulated individuals and entities and with the standard form notices issued during litigation in Delaware Courts.
