SENATE BILL NO. 2
AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 2 on line 110 by deleting " 30 " after " within " and before " days " therein and inserting in lieu thereof " 60 ".
FURTHER AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 2 on line 118 by deleting the first occurrence of " 15 " after " within " and before " days " therein and inserting in lieu thereof " 60 ".
SYNOPSIS
This amendment gives the aggrieved party sufficient time to identify, meet with, and retain competent legal counsel.
