AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 2 on line 66 by inserting " shall " after the comma and before " grant " therein.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment clarifies the original language of Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 2 by confirming that SBI is to grant the purchase permit if no grounds exist for a denial subsequent to an investigation.
