AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 2 on line 114 by deleting " 21 " after " within " and before " days " therein and inserting in lieu thereof " 7 ".
SYNOPSIS
This Amendment shortens the timeframe in which a hearing in the Justice of the Peace Court must proceed if an aggrieved person requests a hearing after revocation or denial of a purchase permit.
