AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 2 by deleting line 28 in its entirety.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 2 on line 131 by deleting " gender, " after the comma and before " age " therein.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 2 on line 133 by deleting " gender, " after the comma and before " age " therein.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment strikes line 28 in its entirety and removes language as noted as lines 131 and 133.
