AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 2 by deleting line 32 in its entirety.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 2 by deleting line 33 in its entirety.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 2 on line 131 by deleting " national origin " before the comma therein.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 2 on line 131 by inserting " and " after the comma and before " disability " therein.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 2 on line 131 by deleting " , and English language proficiency " after " disability " and before the period therein.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 2 on line 133 by deleting " , national origin " after " ethnicity " and before the comma therein.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 2 on line 133 by inserting " and " after the comma and before " disability " therein.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 2 on line 133 by deleting " , and English language proficiency " after " disability " and before the period therein.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment strikes lines 32 and 33 in their entirety. This amendment also removes categories of demographic information.
