SENATE BILL NO. 2
AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 2 on line 204 by deleting "a notice by the Director of the State Bureau of" after "of" therein and inserting in lieu thereof "final regulations from the State Bureau of Identification ".
FURTHER AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 2 on line 205 by deleting "Identification that the necessary processes have been established" before "for" therein.
SYNOPSIS
This Amendment clarifies that the Act will not become effective until the Registrar of Regulations publishes final regulations related to the Act.
