SENATE BILL NO. 2

AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 2 on line 134 by deleting " may " after " SBI " and before " retain " therein and inserting in lieu thereof " shall not ".

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment clarifies that SBI shall not retain certain information, thus preventing the creation of a firearm owner registry.
