SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 215

Amend Senate Bill No. 215 by deleting line 6 in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

Section 2.  This Act takes effect 90 days after its enactment into law.  

SYNOPSIS

This amendment changes the effective date provision in Section 2 of the Bill to make the Act effective 90 days after its enactment into law.
