AMEND Senate Bill No. 200 by inserting the following after line 29:

“Section 3. This Act takes effect on October 1, 2024 or upon enactment, whichever is later.”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment provides that the Act will take effect on October 1, 2024 or upon enactment, whichever is later.
