HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 2

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 408

AMEND House Bill No. 408 by deleting lines 35 through 36 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

" (b) All funds derived from the issuance of conversion licenses shall only be used as sources of financial assistance for social equity applicants issued a conditional license under § 1342 of this title. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment makes clear that all funds derived from the issuance of conversion licenses must solely be used as a source of financial assistance to social equity applicants.
