SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 61

AMEND Senate Bill No. 61 by deleting lines 5 through 7 in their entirety and by renumbering accordingly.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 61 by deleting lines 14 through 18 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“ (b) Each year, the Division of the Public Advocate and DP&L having voted at a meeting of, or on a matter before, the PJM Interconnection Regional Transmission Organization (“PJM”) shall submit to the Commission, the Governor, the General Assembly, and the Director and Librarian of the Division of Legislative Services a report on each recorded vote cast during the immediately preceding calendar year. A utility may include the report with its annual report on its compliance with the renewable energy portfolio standards under Title 26, Chapter I, Subchapter III-A. ”

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 61 by deleting line 21 in its entirety.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 61 on line 22 by deleting “ c. ” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “ b. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment changes the reporting requirements in Senate Bill No. 61 for the disclosure of voting at meetings of, or matters before, the PJM Interconnection Regional Transmission Organization.
