HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 18

AMEND Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 18 by inserting after line 75 and before line 76 the following:

“(6) Assess, analyze, and examine the same factors as stated above for SMR’s, for nuclear fusion energy generation technology and make recommendations accordingly.”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment requires the Task Force created by SCR 18 to also explore nuclear fusion energy generation technology.
