AMEND House Bill No. 190 on line 16 by deleting " and " after " agencies " and before " satisfy " therein and inserting in lieu thereof " or ".
FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 190 by deleting line 27 in its entirety and redesignating accordingly.
SYNOPSIS
This amendment clarifies that an organization may be eligible for a grant-in-aid if it offers programs that are unduplicated by other state-supported agencies or satisfy unmet needs in the community. It also removes the restriction that would prohibit a grant-in-aid to support child daycare.
