FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 47

AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 47 at line 58 by inserting “ current ” after “ of any ” and before “ employee ” as it appears therein.

FURTHER AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 47 by inserting on line 62 “ for a current employee or contractor subject to a background check under this section ” after “ Rap Back System ” and before “ to the entity ” as it appears therein.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment clarifies that subsequent criminal history information should be provided to child-serving entities for current employees and contractors that have been background checked under this provision.
