HOUSE BILL NO. 186
AMEND House Bill No. 186 after line 27 and before line 28 by inserting the following:
“ (9) The Qualifying CCGT generation facility must be constructed under a project labor agreement.
(10) The Qualifying CCGT generation facility must be operated under a collective bargaining agreement. ”.
SYNOPSIS
This Amendment requires that a CCGT generation facility receiving a tax credit under this Act must: (1) be constructed under a project labor agreement; and (2) be operated under a collective bargaining agreement.
