HOUSE BILL NO. 71

AMEND House Bill No. 71 on line 19 by deleting " event. The AED must be accessible during the school day and " and inserting in lieu thereof “ event during ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment clarifies that an AED needs to be accessible during school sponsored athletic events and practices.
