HOUSE BILL NO. 168

AMEND House Bill No. 168 by inserting the following after line 12:

“ (c) The Superior Court has exclusive jurisdiction over a violation of this section. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment gives exclusive jurisdiction to the Superior Court over violations of this section.
