SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 29

AMEND House Bill No. 29 on line 40 by deleting “ demographics. ” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“ demographics, including the percent of low-income students, the percent of students with IEPs, and the percent of students who are ELL. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment requires the Department consider the percent of low-income students, the percent of students with IEPs, and the percent of students who are ELL when creating the reports subject to House Bill No. 29.
