TO
HOUSE BILL NO. 266
AMEND House Bill No. 266 on line 5 by deleting " with a population of 30,000 or more " after " municipality " and before the period therein.
SYNOPSIS
This Amendment removes the limitation that a municipality must have a population of 30,000 or more to permit the rental of low-speed motorized scooters by ordinance or other regulation.
