SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 254

AMEND Senate Bill No. 254 on line 25 by removing “ 7 ” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “ 9 ”.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 254 by inserting the following after line 36 and before line 37:

“ (8) The Executive Director of the Delmarva Chicken Association or their designee.

(9) The Executive Director of the Delaware Soybean Board or their designee. ”

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment adds 2 members to the State Farmland Advisory Committee: the Executive Directors, or their designees, of both the Delmarva Chicken Association and the Delaware Soybean Board.
