SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 3

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 254

AMEND Senate Bill No. 254 on line 25 by deleting " 7 " after " of " and before " voting " therein and inserting in lieu thereof " 8 ".

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 254 by inserting between lines 36 and 37 the following:

“ (8) 1 member, who shall be appointed by the Governor, from a list of 3 Delaware poultry growers provided to the Governor by the Executive Director of the Delmarva Chicken Association. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment adds a member who is a poultry grower in this State to the State Farmland Evaluation Advisory Committee.
