AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 300 by deleting lines 267 through 268 in their entirety and redesignating accordingly.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment removes the requirement that a licensee shall make the licensee’s records available to a law-enforcement agency and to the manufacturer of the firearm on request.
