AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 368 on line 39 by deleting " 3 or more " and inserting in lieu thereof " 2 or more ".

SYNOPSIS

This House Amendment to House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 368 replaces 3 or more DUI convictions, with 2 or more DUI convictions in the list of detainer exceptions.
