HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 132

AMEND House Bill No. 132 by deleting lines 96 through 100 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“Section 8. This Act takes effect 90 days following its enactment into law.”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 132 on line 94 by deleting “dates” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “date” .

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment to House Bill No. 132 deletes Section 8 of House Bill No. 132. It also changes the effective date to 90 days after enactment.
